Arya Residences (Towers 1 & 2) for Arthaland Corp. was recognized by the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards as the pinnacle of architectural brilliance. It was named the Best Residential Development in the Philippines in 2012, and Best Condominium Development the following year, with additional accolades for Interior Design in 2014. It received LEED v2.2 Gold Certification in 2016 and the prestigious Japan International Property Awards’ Best Green Feature Development in 2018.
One Uptown Residence for Megaworld Corporation won Best Residential Architectural Design at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards in 2017.
Menarco Tower for Menarco Development Corp. was named Highly Commended for Best Green Development in South East Asia at the 2016 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards. It also received LEED v3.0 Gold Certification in September 2017. Menarco Tower recently received the prestigious Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies (EDGE) Zero Carbon certification for attaining 41.33% energy use efficiency.
8 Campus Place for Megaworld Corp. combines sustainability and quality, obtained LEED v3.0 Gold Certification in September 2014.
Ascott Bonifacio Global City Manila for Willimson’s, Inc. was named Highly Commended for Best Hotel Architectural Design in South East Asia at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards in 2014 and 2015.
Venice Grand Canal Mall for Megaworld Corp. bagged the Themed Entertainment Association’s Best Retail Architectural Design award in 2015.
The Mind Museum for Bonifacio Arts Foundation, Inc. received the Themed Entertainment Association’s Outstanding Achievement Award in 2014. Simultaneously, in August 2016, the museum also secured LEED v2.2 Gold Certification.
Other landmark developments DATEM constructed are Alphaland Makati Place (1, 2 & 3), Botanika Nature Residences (Tower 1), Discovery Primea, Grand Hyatt Manila Residences, Unilab Corporate Center (Phases 1 & 2), and more.
Another is the Makati Commerce Tower, certified with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) version 4.0: Building Design and Construction: Core and Shell Development Platinum certification by the US Green Building Council this 2023. The newly constructed structure was built with an exceptional design on the exterior shell and core (core and shell) mechanical, electrical, and plumbing units that bagged the first LEED version 4.0 Platinum certification for an office building in the Philippines.
Through the years, DATEM has built majestic structures that boost Philippine tourism, such as the Newport hotels — Sheraton, Okura and Hilton in Pasay City, and in Boracay — the Savoy Hotel, Belmont Luxury Hotel, and Discovery Shores Boracay.
