Challenger AI-enabled platform EventsX launches to disrupt virtual events sector

1 Mins read

EventsX, a new AI-enabled challenger platform launches today to shake up the online events industry and offer businesses an all-in-one virtual events service.

Founded by entrepreneur Shoaib Aslam, EventsX has been designed to set a new standard of hybrid services, providing an all-inclusive, seamless events experience for physical, online and hybrid events to users around the world. The feature rich events platform offers event managers, exhibitors and sponsors a one-stop spot to oversee all aspects of an event with all features in one place.

Aslam highlighted the need for a high end virtual events platform, saying: “The Covid-19 pandemic triggered a seismic shift towards online events and with restrictions now lifted, businesses are crying out for a platform that can offer virtual, online and hybrid services that can offer exciting experiences for both in-person and online attendees. Our platform has been engineered with the latest AI technology, offering users a truly holistic service, including conversational text summaries, booking systems and reward schemes for promotions.

“Currently event organisers have to labour over tasks such as manually inserting exhibitors and sponsorship information and taking payments. Our platform can automate these processes, reducing the time spent conducting menial tasks and improving the quality of experience for organisers and attendees.

Centred around Artificial Intelligence (AI), the platform offers unique capabilities to help organisers gain a better understanding of how to improve their events and deliver the best experience possible. The platform also provides unique features such as conversational AI and speech to text, allowing for conversations to be recorded and summarised to provide an overview of a specific talk or conversation, as well as the overall event.

Aslam also added: “We have seen a virtual platform without the all-in-one capabilities that EventsX has, in Hopin, grow to become a $7.8 billion company in less than two years, so we are excited to see how far we can go with a more feature rich and refined platform which solves a greater number of issues for the events industry.”

On top of the platform, EventsX is currently developing a metaverse for events, allowing event organisers to choose or construct their own metaverse and host a fully interactive immersive experience via 3D and virtual reality.
